Xin (Shin in the Japanese variant) is a vagrant kid who grew up as a worker with his dearest companion Piao. Xin's conduct is prevalently hasty, nonetheless, he moves his friends and people around him. After Piao kicked the bucket in scene 1, Xin chooses to help the King of Qin, Ying Zheng (Ei Sei), get away from his foes with the assistance of He Liao Diao. Xin enrolls in the State of Qin armed force, and in the wake of showing his assurance and capacities, General Wang Qi (Ou Ki) selects him as the head of a unique 100-man Fei Xin Unit (Hi Shin Unit).
